SYDNEY CITY PICKUP – Prempree Grocery

(Store hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
Sydney City pickup is available via our partner location, Prempree Grocery.
Please note this is NOT our main store.
How to Select Pickup
When placing your order on mintyshopaus.com, please select the pickup option under the Shipping section at checkout.
Pickup is no longer selected separately, so please double-check before completing your order.
Order Cut-Off Time
• Orders must be placed before 5 PM every Friday to be included in that week’s city drop-off.
• We deliver to Sydney City once per week.
Pickup Service Fee (Effective March)
• Orders under $50 → $2 pickup service fee applies
• Orders $50 and above → FREE pickup service
Important Pickup Notice
• A photo confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been dropped off.
• There will be no separate “Ready for Pickup” email notification.
• Please check the pickup date and details from the confirmation photo provided.
CABRAMATTA PICKUP – Chang Store

• Drop-off available Monday – Friday
• No drop-off on weekends
• Customers may collect their order at their convenience once notified
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC
The standard is 3-7 days. Shipping fee of $12-$19 applies to orders shipping Australia Wild.
Express Post is 2-5 days. Shipping fee of $15-$25 applies to orders shipping Australia Wild.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post.
CUTOFF times at 12.00 AM, Order after 12.00 AM will be shipped next business day.
Our company's policy regarding shipping cutoff times is as follows: for same-day shipping, orders must be placed no later than 12:00 AM. Any orders received after the cutoff time will be shipped on the following business day. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Mintyshop.

All pre-order items require a processing time of 14–21 days, excluding customs inspections. This allows us to source and prepare your item with care before it reaches you.
🌍 For Customers Outside Australia:
If your order will be shipped from Sydney, Australia to an international address, please expect an additional 7–14 days for delivery, depending on your location and local postal services.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or postal delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we prepare your order.
💰 Payment & Order Confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
• Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
🚚 Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections or courier delays.
