By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

• ⏳ Pre-order processing may take 14–21 business days, excluding public holidays and customs clearance delays.

• 🚨 If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, we will offer a full refund or suggest an alternative.

🚚 Shipping-Related Returns

If your order is returned to us due to:

• No recipient at the delivery address

• Refusal to accept the package

• Incomplete or incorrect address

• Unsuccessful delivery after multiple attempts

We will refund the product cost (after confirming the returned item is in good condition), but shipping fees will not be refunded.
